Before and After School Program
The M.A.P. program provides participants with quality, well-supervised activities that encourage self-confidence, creativity, and a healthy lifestyle. To meet the physical, social, emotional, and recreational needs of children in M.A.P. we will offer safe and fun recreational activities that promote healthy choices and behaviors. These programs will also provide a safe and secure environment, a relaxed atmosphere where participants can socialize, work on homework, and have a snack every day.
Our team is comprised of qualified, outgoing, and fun individuals who share a passion for recreational and educational programs with the community they serve. They are a group of very caring individuals who work together to create the best programs for you and your community.
Program Information:
Monday – Friday
Morning Hours: 7:00am – 8:15am
Afternoon Hours: 2:45pm – 5:30pm
MAP will take place at BES for all participants K-4. Kindergarten students will be bussed to the ECLC from morning care and from the ECLC to BES for after care.

Mornings only, $55 per week
Afternoons only, $75 per week
Mornings & Afternoons, $100 per week
Please note that credit card payments will have an additional convenience fee of 3.5% per transaction.

Automatic Recurring Billing:
Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB) will hold your card on file and charge it each week. All credit card transactions will be subject to a convenience fee. You will be billed for the 39 program weeks from August 26 - June 9. You will not be billed during full vacation weeks. There are 39 weeks of the program scheduled based on the SAU 74 calendar.
Cancellations: Any cancellation from the program must be submitted in writing to the Recreation Department. All households will be financially responsible until written notice is received and will become inactive starting the following week. Any cancellations after April 30th will be financially responsible for remainder of the SAU calendar unless your spot can be filled by the wait list.
Program Dates:
The MAP program will operate on the 2025-2026 SAU 74 School Calendar. The programs will run from the first day of school until the last day of school.
-The program will be closed on days when there is no school, including snow days.
-There will be no morning care on days when there is a 2 hour delay. Aftercare will run as normal on delayed opening days.
-There will be no after care on early release days. Morning care will run as normal on early release days.
-Day Camps or week-long Vacation Camps are offered during scheduled school vacations, except the Thanksgiving break, Winter break and Federal Holidays.
-Day and Vacation camps are open to any student and are not included in the weekly MAP fees, so students will need to register/pay separately if they wish to attend.
Program Closures:
- School Delayed Opening: there will be NO Before Care; After Care will run as usual.
- School Cancellation: both Before AND After Care is cancelled.
- School Early Release: After Care will be cancelled.
- School Events: There will be times when the school will be hosting special events and will require the use of the After Care program space, in that event, we will need to either close the program early or cancel.
We will communicate with you any cancellations, closures, or early releases in a timely manner.
