Join us in Tai Chi training, helping to develop strength, internal energy, balance, body awareness, unity in movement, relaxation and grounding. Targeting the tissues in joints, ligaments, and tendons, these slow, graceful spiraling movements help to overcome stiffness and cultivate more flexibility.
