The Barrington Yoga program offers a soothing fitness outlet to adults of all ages. Utilizing the power of breath and controlled movement, participants will work to improve flexibility, decrease stress, and conquer personal fitness goals, while building new relationships along the way. Instructors are able to adapt certain techniques and poses to combat personal hurdles and to ensure all individuals get the most from their yoga experience. Come check it out!
