Step into the rhythm of the day with Awaken and Unwind — an offering that invites you to reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world.
Each session begins with a gentle local hike, thoughtfully paced to awaken your senses and ease you into presence. We'll end our walk with a short guided meditation in a peaceful spot, followed by time to simply be — to share reflections, connect with fellow participants, or sit quietly with a warm cup of tea crafted from local herbs.
Morning Sessions: Aug 1 | Aug 15 | Aug 29 @ 7:00–8:30 AM — Begin your day grounded and renewed.
Evening Sessions: Aug 6 | Aug 20 | Sep 3 @ 5:30–7:00 PM — Unwind after your day and settle into stillness.
These moments are a chance to move your body, calm your mind, and nourish your spirit — all held in the beauty of nature and the simplicity of shared presence.
Spaces are limited to keep the group small and connected.
Bring your curiosity, a water bottle, bug spray, and something to sit on. We’ll take care of the rest — including the tea.
