Shake off the winter blues and welcome the season of renewal with a peaceful morning walk in nature. Together, we’ll explore the beauty of early spring, enjoy a warm cup of tea, and share conversation surrounded by the sights and sounds of the awakening earth. This gentle, guided hike is the perfect way to refresh your spirit, connect with others, and set uplifting intentions for the brighter days ahead.

Recharge your week with a peaceful escape into nature. Enjoy walking our local trails followed by a guided meditation and tea, connecting with community and the outdoors. Led by certified Forest Therapy Guide Brittany Carr of Rooting in Nature, this is a gentle, restorative way to start your day or take a mindful midweek break. The hike starts at 9?AM, but if you’re joining via van, we’ll depart at 8:45?AM. You’re welcome to meet us at the trailhead—just bring something to sit on if you’d like, and note a few locations have limited parking.
