    Welcome the New Year with an easy-paced, mindful forest bathing walk that helps you slow down, open your senses, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. We’ll move gently, pause for reflection, and take in the surroundings with intention. Our time together ends with warm herbal tea and a moment to share in community.

    Shake off the winter blues and welcome the season of renewal with a peaceful morning walk in nature. Together, we’ll explore the beauty of early spring, enjoy a warm cup of tea, and share conversation surrounded by the sights and sounds of the awakening earth. This gentle, guided hike is the perfect way to refresh your spirit, connect with others, and set uplifting intentions for the brighter days ahead.
