Trail Talks is a four-week after-school hiking program designed for middle school students to connect with nature, build confidence, and develop meaningful friendships while exploring local trails. Through guided hikes, engaging conversations, and hands-on nature activities, participants will strengthen communication skills, practice mindfulness, build resilience, and discover new ways to navigate the challenges of growing up—all in a supportive outdoor environment.
Students will be picked up in our Rec-It Ralph van at Barrington Middle School at 2:15pm and will return at 5:15pm.
