Players will learn basic skills through games and short drills. Parent assistance is required to help this program run smoothly.

PreK-2nd grade participants will be taught fundamentals of the game through skills session composed of fun drills and brief scrimmages. 3rd-8th grade participants participate in the Southeast NH Recreational Travel Basketball League, where teams will practice and play games against opponents in the league. Emphasis is placed upon recreation philosophies including teamwork and sportsmanship at all levels.Shooting Stars: 3 & 4 year old program for children in the PreK age group.Small Shots: 5 year old program for children in the Kindergarten age group.Grades 1-2 Session A: Earlier option for the 1st & 2nd grade Saturday morning program; will run from 9:45am-10:45am.Grades 1-2 Session B: Later option for the 1st & 2nd grade Saturday morning program; will run from 11:00am-12:00pm.Drop-In Basketball: Early Spring option for more basketball. This program offers engaging field trips on teacher workshop days, parent conference days, and during school vacation weeks. 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM	Art in Bloom Trip - Museum of Fine Arts Trip Join us as we explore new places and foster community with our Adult Van Trips! All trips will include transportation in our 15 passenger van, "Rec it Ralph"!Museum of Fine Arts Trip: Celebrate spring’s arrival with Art in Bloom at the MFA! This beloved event showcases the expertise of New England garden clubs, professional designers, and MFA floral volunteers, who create interpretive arrangements inspired by artworks from the collection. Enjoy dozens of bold arrangements throughout the building, along with special events, guided tours, dining, and shopping.Destination: Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, MADate: Saturday, May 3rd Time: Leaving Rec parking lot at 8:15am          Returning to Rec around 3:30pm          Time at Museum: 10am-2pmCost: Residents - $50         Non-Residents - $65Museum Admission Ticket: The above cost does NOT cover the cost to enter the museum, spending money or lunch. Participants are responsible for securing their own admission tickets. Barrington Residents are eligible for a discounted ticket through the Barrington Public Library.
