The Barrington Yoga program offers a soothing fitness outlet to adults of all ages. Utilizing the power of breath and controlled movement, participants will work to improve flexibility, decrease stress, and conquer personal fitness goals, while building new relationships along the way. Instructors are able to adapt certain techniques and poses to combat personal hurdles and to ensure all individuals get the most from their yoga experience. Seated Exercise for Ageless Training (SEAT) is a chair based workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill, & fitness levels. Jump in with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that tones and tapers the entire body! Dates: Winter Session I: Fridays from January 9 - March 6*No class on 1/30 and 2/20 Winter Session II: Fridays from March 13 - April 17 Spring Session: Fridays from May 8 - Jun 19 *Winter Session II expected to take place at Barrington Town Hall but subject to change.
